How to Get a Protected/ Restricted Area Permit for India

The application fee is USD 50 per person and can be paid by credit card or cashier’s check made payable to the Indian Consulate General of New York City (USA). Please note that there are no exceptions to this rule; all applicants must submit their payment before they can receive their permit!

·         Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change

·         State Government

·         Central Government  (including the Union Territories)  (except Union Territories which have been made Provincially Administered)
