The Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) is a financial assistance fund that was set up to help the Indian community in times of need. It was set up by the government of India in 1997 and has been working since then. The ICWF provides grants to Indian communities outside India for various activities such as disaster relief, health care, and education which makes it one of the most effective aid programs available today.
